1. Definitions

All deposits must be made from accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours, though processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and banking institution. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method.

All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). air88 does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests can be submitted once your account has passed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by air88's finance team. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and fraud.

If you request a withdrawal while an active bonus or its wagering requirements remain incomplete, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Only your original deposit amount and winnings from non-bonus funds will be processed for withdrawal.

7.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using air88 services. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

9. Limitations of Liability

9.5 Player Responsibility

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting air88 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after deducting any applicable fees or pending wagering requirements. Account closure is typically processed within 24-48 hours.

10.2 air88's Right to Suspend or Terminate
